Creative Instinct
​Creative Instinct is a special and protected space that is here to support you creatively.

Immerse yourself in 30 minutes of deep relaxation through the soothing tones of singing bowls.
19th January – Ely Café, 10:15am
26th January – St Neots Café, 12pm
Sessions are seated or lying down.
Please bring your own mat if you’d like to lie down. Chairs will be provided.
Not recommended for those who are pregnant, have artificial implants, or are currently in oncological treatment.
The Creative Instinct is an arts based community created by those in recovery from drug and alcohol dependency throughout Cambridgeshire.
Cambridge, Wisbech and Huntingdon Recovery Cafes host the Creative Instinct.
Some weeks we run structured workshops and other weeks we facilitate an open space for you to work on your own projects while taking part in our community.
